Data collected

This site has no form, no advertising and no embedded social media content. Fonts are hosted on the site.

The site is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva. Like any web server, it records the IP address, date, requested page and browser in its logs, for the security and proper operation of the site. These logs are not used to identify you and are deleted after a limited period.

Audience measurement

Visits are measured with Matomo, on Martin IS IT Services' own instance (matomo.misits.ch), without cookies and with an anonymised IP address: the statistics (page views, referrers, countries, device types) are aggregated and cannot identify you or follow you from one site to another. They are neither shared nor used for any other purpose, and raw data is deleted after a limited period.

Cookie

A single technical cookie, pll_language, remembers the displayed language (French or English) for one year. It is not used for any tracking and therefore does not require consent.

Messages

If you write to hello@misits.ch, your address and message are only used to reply to you. They are neither passed on nor sold.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), and the GDPR where applicable, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to hello@misits.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
